Website Terms of Use
Last updated 3 August 2026
These website terms govern use of the website. They are separate from FUSION’s standard terms of business for recruitment assignments.
1. About these terms
These terms explain the basis on which you may use fusion-management.co.uk (the “website”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The website is operated by FUSION Management Services Limited (“FUSION”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 09589157.
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@fusion-management.co.uk.
2. What the website provides
The website provides information about FUSION, permanent recruitment services, current vacancies, engineering recruitment markets and ways to contact us.
Website content is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, immigration, tax or other professional advice. Recruitment decisions should be made using the full information supplied during the relevant process.
3. Vacancies and applications
We aim to keep vacancy information accurate and current, but roles, salaries, benefits, working arrangements, locations, closing dates and other details may change. A vacancy may be amended, placed on hold or withdrawn without notice.
Displaying a vacancy does not guarantee that it remains available, that an application will progress, or that an interview or appointment will be offered.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that information supplied to FUSION is accurate and not misleading. Please do not send confidential information that is not reasonably needed for the recruitment process.
Your CV will not be sent to an employer without your permission. How we use personal information is explained in the Privacy Notice below.
4. Employers sharing a vacancy
An employer may share vacancy details or a job specification through the website, by email, by telephone or during a direct discussion with Scott Hemphill or Gavin McBryde.
Submitting or discussing a vacancy does not require FUSION to accept the assignment. We may ask for further information before deciding whether and how to proceed.
When FUSION begins work on a vacancy, our standard terms of business apply to the recruitment assignment. A copy is available at any time by emailing contact@fusion-management.co.uk.
Our standard terms of business, rather than these website terms, govern recruitment introductions, fees, payment, candidate ownership, rebates and other commercial arrangements.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the website in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting environment or connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract website content or personal information without permission;
- submit false, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or abusive material;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority to act for an organisation;
- use vacancy or candidate information for unsolicited marketing or any unrelated purpose.
We may restrict access, remove material or take other reasonable action where these rules are breached.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its original text, design, branding, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to FUSION and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view, download or print reasonable extracts for your own personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit website content without our written permission.
Vacancy descriptions may contain information supplied by employers. Rights in third-party material remain with the relevant owner.
7. Links to other websites
The website may link to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, engineering publications or other external sources. These links are provided for convenience and context.
FUSION does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that FUSION endorses the third party or its services.
8. Website availability and security
We take reasonable steps to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will always be free from errors, viruses or other harmful material.
We may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change any part of the website where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance or business changes.
You are responsible for using suitable security measures and for protecting devices and accounts used to access the website.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, FUSION is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary website unavailability, a vacancy being changed or withdrawn, or the content of a third-party website.
If you use the website for business purposes, FUSION will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from use of the website.
This section relates to use of the website. Liability connected with a recruitment assignment is governed by the applicable standard terms of business.
10. Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Notice below explains how we collect and use personal information. It also explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the website.
Where non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used, they should not be activated unless the visitor has made the relevant choice through the website’s consent controls.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website, our services or relevant legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date.
Changes apply from the date they are published. They do not retrospectively change an agreed recruitment assignment or replace terms already supplied for that assignment.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms, although individuals living elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also have rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
