FUSION was established in 2015, building on more than 20 years of recruitment experience. For much of its first decade, the business worked within engineering clients through an RPO model, helping to manage vacancies, agencies and candidates while also supporting and shaping wider hiring decisions.
That experience gave FUSION a detailed understanding of the pressures hiring managers face, where recruitment processes lose momentum and how factors such as salary, location, seniority, chartership, sponsorship and candidate availability can affect a search.
Today, that experience is applied through permanent recruitment across the built environment. FUSION takes responsibility for understanding the brief, approaching suitable people, presenting candidates properly and giving honest feedback when expectations or market conditions need to be reconsidered.
